In the landmark conversion of the Distillery Silos, this incredibly spacious apartment provides views of the city, presenting a unique design for CBD-edge living. With remarkable North-Easterly views from the fifth level, polished floorboards, and striking glass window aspects, this modern and contemporary abode exudes fashionable charm. The design is characterised by its exceptionally large circular spaces. You'll find an open-plan living area, complete with plush sofa seating and a central TV with split-system heating and cooling to ensure year-round comfort. Sliding doors seamlessly extend to the sunny balcony set for two. The sleek kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, while a rounded dining table invites you to share meals at home or set up your laptop to work remotely. There is also a high chair for little ones. The two charming bedrooms offer a cosy respite. The first bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and includes a crib and porta cot, making it ideal for travelling families. The second bedroom features a double bed, and both come equipped with floor-to-ceiling built-in robes. When it's time to unwind, a modern bathroom awaits with a bathtub and shower. Additionally, a separate toilet adds extra convenience. Wi-Fi and free on-site parking in the garage, along with the added convenience of an in-unit washing machine, ensure connectivity and ease throughout your stay. Please note, the car space is only suitable for a small/medium sized car. *Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up. **Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
