    Too much light around the roller curtains in both bed rooms. We were awake before daylight. Found the Esplande traffic too noisy. Dog lock up area is not accessed by a door. Just makes it difficult for dog to toilet when needed. Loved the view.

The photographs are correct and this is the correct description: This spacious ground level two-bedroom apartment built within a house has a fantastic view of the beach from the newly furnished lounge. There is an adjoining kitchenette with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave convection oven (no normal oven) and plenty of cooking facilities. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and lots of built in wardrobes and there is a smaller room with spectacular sea views and a double bed and fold out single bed (bedding is available if requested). There is also a large bathroom with a huge shower and toilet and separate laundry with large washing machine and dryer. This property is newly renovated in a spectacular location with easy access to everything you need; walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, parkland, playground and main shopping area. Close to surf beaches and gateway to the world famous Great Ocean Road. The property can be booked jointly with the upstairs two bedroom house.

This property is at the gateway to the world famous Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles. It is the home of Ripcurl and Bells Beach, where world surfing titles are held. The property which overlooks a calm swimming, sailing and boating beach provides a perfect place to relax and watch the yachts in summer or simply enjoy the sea views from the comfort of the lounge. You can walk along the beach to a cafe or bar and enjoy lunch at the bowls club up the street. Walk through the park to the main shopping area or follow the beach via the huge playground to the calm waters of the Front Beach or around the point further to watch the surfing at the Back Beach. There you can climb the cliffs for spectacular views or go bushwalking and explore further beaches.
