The agency specialises in managing a variety of holiday properties to suit every budget, from small original fishing shacks to premium waterfront houses. While most of these holiday homes are located in the township of Amity Point, SSR have a small number of villas and houses for rent at Point Lookout and are looking to grow that market.... so watch this space!

Come and enjoy some ‘Straddie Time’ – welcome back to this fully renovated, immaculate holiday home with a glorious water outlook over Moreton Bay, the outdoor entertainment area is the perfect spot to relax with a book or host a BBQ with the family. This beautiful home offers a luxurious upper level retreat with king bed, large robe and ensuite with large walk-in shower, toilet and double vanity. The space is air-conditioned for year-round comort and also boasts a ceiling fan and wall-mounted TV. The private balcony is the perfect spot for watching the setting sun over Moreton Bay and enjoying the sea breezes. The lower level of the property offers a further three bedrooms with queen beds, ceiling fans and built-in robes taking the properties sleeping capacity to 8 guests. Family bathroom with shower, separate toilet and laundry also on this level. The renovated living space offers a large flat screen TV and air-conditioning for summer comfort, with the addition of a ceiling fan. A contemporary kitchen with electric oven, stove, dishwasher and large plumbed in fridge / freezer has water views from both windows, bringing the outdoors in. The property offers free Wifi, allowing guests to stay connected during their stay. Straddie Time’s real charm is the outdoor entertainment space with multiple seating areas to relax, BBQ, TV and of course; the beautiful water views. Additional extras of the property are a fully fenced yard, lockup electric garage, single covered carport on the main entrance and additional carport in the lower section of the yard via side access. Pets on application only. Please contact our office regarding animals at this property. Fresh linen is supplied and will be made ready for your arrival. All you need to bring are the beach towels.

North Stradbroke Island (known as Minjerribah to our traditional owners) is the second largest sand island in the world and boasts some of the best beaches in Queensland. The subtropical climate means Straddie enjoys sunshine almost all year round, with a summer wet season and mild, dry winters. Summer temperatures average at 29°C during the day with winter bringing an average top of 21°C. Located 30 kilometres southeast of Brisbane, Straddie is 38 kilometres in length and 11 kilometres at its widest point and covers an area of 275.2km2. Along the eastern shoreline of the island you will find soft, white sands and kilometres of rolling surf. The western side of the island faces Moreton Bay and offers calm bay waters and pristine beaches, ideal for families of young children, boating enthusiasts and those pursuing water sports without the waves.
