This thoughtfully decorated, contemporary apartment is situated in one of the most desirable suburbs in Melbourne and offers spectacular views of the Dandenong Ranges which can be seen from the private balcony or soak in 360 degree views from the rooftop. Providing spacious living for four guests, this apartment is well-equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, open plan dining and lounge room, a wall-mounted smart TV, Soundbar and large, sliding doors opening out to the balcony that offers scenic al fresco dining. The ultra-modern kitchen is complete with white subway tiles, sleek cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including an oven, gas stove top, toaster, hot water kettle and espresso machine. Both bedrooms are complete with plush queen beds, mirrored wardrobes and floor to ceiling windows offering more views. The master has its own private ensuite with a rainfall shower head, white subway tiling, wide stretched vanity and plenty of storage for your belongings. Another bathroom can be found down the hall offering the same modern cons as the ensuite. Make use of the European laundry during your stay, with washer and dryer combo. Head up to the communal rooftop and make use of the luxury facilities. You can can dine up here (bookings may be required) using the kitchen facilities or outdoor barbecue plates. Our property is equipped with a small quantity of basic sundries to suit a short stay or to get you started on an extended visit. We offer a selection of essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toilet paper, single-use shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tea, coffee, long-life milk, and cleaning/laundry supplies. Beds are made with linens and we provide one towel per person, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel. We do not replenish these items and encourage you to travel with additional items or purchase these locally during your stay. If staying longer-term, please contact us to arrange cleaning at an additional cost.

Everything you could possibly need or do is within walking distance. Collingwood and its neighbouring suburbs are home to incredible food, bars, entertainment, family activities, clubs and transport.
