The space: Burrowed in rolling green meadows speckled with black and white Fresians, your Tiny pad awaits. Expect class, brass and bucolic paddocks of grass. Everything here is bespoke. Relax with a cheeky port at the fire pit under twinkling stars. Finish the night curled up and cosy by the wood heater gazing out that magnificent picture window at the stillness of it all. NEED TO KNOW: The Tiny is rural and surrounded by working dairy farm so please expect bugs, flies and other insects. It also has a compost toilet. The nearest shop is 30 minutes away so please bring all supplies with you.

I'm Tara, a long time short stay host. I live onsite near our Tiny House with my family and two beautiful Hungarian Vizslas. I'm excited to share my love of wild Tasmania and Tiny living with guests!

We're surrounded by native wildlife as well as fun stuff to do and see. Our Tiny neighbours are sheep and gentle dairy cows - the nosiest creatures on earth. You'll see pademelons at night, the odd echidna waddle by and vibrant birdlife - Blue Wrens, Scarlet Robins, and Kookaburras. If you're really lucky you might catch a glimpse of the resident platypus splashing in our little creek. We're 30 minutes to Cradle Mountain and its Tassie devils and Wombats. We are 3kms to Lake Barrington and wild Wilmot River. There's also two stunning lookouts over the Valley of Views within a 5 minute drive. If you want beautiful vistas, native wildlife, trails for hiking or walking, kayaking or summer swimming, you'll find it around here! We're 30 minutes to Leven Canyon and Penguin viewing at Lillico. In 40 minutes of relaxing country driving you'll find two of Tassie's great wineries, 2 gin distilleries, 4 craft breweries (1 cider) and a bunch of cute cafes. Wilmot has a small local country store with some provisions and petrol available. Open during the week.
