The house is pet friendly and has a fully fenced back garden. Linen and towels are supplied and you are only 200 metres from Boat Ramp beach. This home is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults. Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Peak Season Bookings: 13 Dec 2024 and 23 Jan 2025 - Minimum 7 night booking - Arrival and departure on a Friday. If booking online, please search for vacancies with Friday being the arrival and departure day. Peak Season bookings are most easily made directly with our Bookings Team. Where will I be? Nestled towards the top of HyamRoad (a quiet cul-de-sac) and adjoining a lovely creek and natural bushland, Shanti is centrally located relative to the various beaches and the cafe. How is the property laid out? Shanti is a double storey home. The front door is on ground level and opens into a good sized lounge and tv area, with a door leading through to a queen bedroom. A shower, loo and laundry are also located on this level, near the rear door that leads out to the back garden. Upstairs the house has a dining room, kitchen, second shower and toilet, three bedrooms, and an internal sunroom / balcony. The main queen room has its own adjoining deck overlooking the back garden and the creek. There is then a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and single bed (sleeping three). The house is north facing with good natural light upstairs.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
