1770 Beach Accommodation is a family owned and operated business run by Richard and Jo, who took the plunge and took this business over in December 2023, after falling in love with the area on various holidays to the beautiful Agnes Water & 1770. We specialise in holiday property letting and are a buyer's advocate for Agnes Water & 1770. We hope that our guests fall in love with the area the way we did, and will always want to return.

Seas the Day is a modern, pet-friendly beach house that is fully fenced (please get in touch regarding pets). There is a large garage which can accommodate a small to medium sized boat. There is a ping pong table in the garage which is free to use. The flat has two lounge areas with televisions, a large, open plan kitchen with amenities, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, with a BBQ on the verandah. The unit is comprised of three bedrooms (two queen sized, one with two single beds) and one bathroom (a shower/bath room with a sink and a separate toilet room). The gorgeous Main Beach in Agnes Water is a short drive from the property, and offers beach-goers a selection of activities throughout the year. The stunning and historic town of 1770 is a short five minute drive, and offers gorgeous fishing, boating and other such activities. Local shops & cafes in Agnes Water are five minutes away in the car. There is no Wi-Fi available at this property. Please note that Vodafone does not operate in the area and that phone coverage can be limited/patchy in Agnes Water/1770. Given the location of the house and the flora and fauna around the property, it is possible that some wildlife (bugs, lizards, frogs, birds) may frequent on the verandah and in garden areas.

The area is surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea. Along the headlands of Seventeen Seventy visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks. We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities. Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding. It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water. A vibrant market takes place between Agnes Water & 1770 every second Sunday morning.
