Family friendly modern first floor apartment, conveniently located across the road from Clarkes Beach and a short walk into the CBD. The apartment offers an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and good size balcony with ocean views. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and reverse cycle air conditioning - everything you need for your next family holiday. Linen is supplied and there is complimentary WIFI available. This property is self-contained with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied. It is not serviced. If you would like a service clean (this will be at an additional cost to you) please don’t hesitate to contact our office. You will need to supply your own toiletry items (we only provide a few basics). For beach towels, highchairs, cots, or extra linen please contact Byron Bay Holiday Hire. ***SORRY NO SCHOOL LEAVERS*** This property strictly forbids parties and gatherings, please note that failure to comply can result in a loss of security deposit or immediate termination.
