Ski Kaos have been in the Aussie snow holiday business since 1989 but only listed here since 2019. We mainly offer Thredbo & Jindabyne holiday apartments. As Thredbo wholesalers (in a non-COVID year), we offer discounted lift passes, lessons & kids club programs. In addition we offer discounted ski & snowboard hire and clothing hire as well. We also offer our own bus & accommodation packages for select dates. ***BOOKINGS*** You need to enter your credit card details to book. We pre-authorise your credit card and then give you 2 days to make a bank transfer (we will send you our bank details). If no bank transfer then we convert the pre-auth to a charge on your credit cards and add on a card surcharge (VC MC 1.7% AX 3%). Cash can be paid but only at our Sydney office in Cremorne by arrangement (no cash in Thredbo). ***SECURITY BOND*** Property bookings require a damage deposit of AUD 500. This is almost always a credit card pre-authorisation processed the day prior to your arrival (a “pre-auth” is not the same as a charge). The “pre-auth” will auto-release about 4 - 10 working days later (assuming no problems). We can make other arrangements if you do not have a credit card.

This is a 2-bedroom apartment that was designed in the 70s with amazing character and a retro-chalet vibe to it. It is located 350metres walk to the centre of the village & ski lift. It’s a great place for large families and groups of friends. The village square is a 400m walk away, Koszi Express 450m. The free village bus stop is 100metres away. The property offers WiFi, a TV, DVD and fully equipped kitchen. The living room features timber walls and a stone fireplace, making it a cosy place to rest after a hard day skiing. Please note that the fireplace is only needed if you enjoy a fire as there is already excellent heating throughout the property. Bedroom #1: Queen Bed. Bedroom #2: Queen Bed & Single Bed. Living Room: Single Sofa Bed. Linen is not always included and may cost extra if you do not wish to bring your own – please check with us. There is one car space on site, however this isn’t appropriate for long or wide vehicles such as vans, minibuses or wide American pick-ups. For any additional cars Thredbo’s free overnight car park is only 600metres away. Please note that this property has no reception desk, you let yourself in using the code we SMS you.
