Walk to Granite Island, the Whale Centre, the cafes and pubs in Victor, the shops in Ocean Street, events in Warland Reserve or just head to the sheltered sandy beach of Victor Harbor. The dog park is just 5 minutes walk. The property has a large private rear yard with shady trees and a leafy sheltered garden. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan layout with sunny north facing bedrooms and living area. The front and rear under cover outdoor areas provide shade and wind protection when required or an opportunity to chase the sun all year round. The house has a relaxed coastal vibe to it which will make for a wonderful beach holiday. The kitchen has been fully renovated and features all mod cons including dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. There is one bathroom (with shower and bath) and a separate toilet. There is a separate laundry with washing machine. There is fast NBN WiFi, a big screen TV and the added bonus of Netflix. Year round comfort is provided by reverse cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling). The property sleeps 6 people and the bedroom configuration is: Main Bedroom – 1 Queen size bed Second bedroom – 2 single beds Third bedroom – 1 Queen size bed The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. Pets The property welcomes well-behaved pets indoors. There is a fully enclosed rear garden for pets to enjoy. It is grassed and has plenty of shade for warm days. The secure fencing is approximately 1.5M high and the gate is 1.2M. Best Beach, Walks & Parks Encounter Wetlands A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay. Esplanade Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way John Crompton Reserve John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike.
