Relax in comfortable, easy style and only a short stroll to the Front Beach, shops, and cafes. This delightful 3 bedroom property is tucked away in a quiet part of Point Lonsdale and provides everything you need for your holiday on the coast. With 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there is plenty of room for the family or a group of friends to happily holiday together. A well appointed kitchen offers all you need including microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and is part of the main living/dining space. Outside there is a covered area with an outdoor setting for 6 and BBQ which is surrounded by a pretty courtyard garden. Having the golf club at an easy walking distance and the ocean beach not much further, you really do have access to so much from the doorstep of this property. Come and enjoy what Point Lonsdale, Queenscliff and the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer. Please note this property has a steep driveway.
