This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone service is available for in house guest emergencies. Property keys will be found in a lockbox at the property, and you will be sent an SMS once the property is ready with the lockbox code. Arrivals are after 15.00 hours, and check-out is before 10.00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged with prior approval and is subject to availability.

This gorgeous, air-conditioned, 3-bedroom villa is a leisurely walk to Ross Street mall and many eateries in town. Enjoy a dip in the complex pool surrounded with beautifully landscaped gardens. Prepare your own meals, dine alfresco in the outdoor patio area or walk to the cafes and restaurants. All bedrooms have built-in robes and there is access to Wi-Fi throughout.  Downstairs: Open plan living and dining area includes a dining table, a lounge area with a sofa and two chairs and a TV. Kitchen is equipped with cooktop, large fridge/freezer, convection microwave, toaster, kettle and utensils. Bedroom 1 with Queen bed Bedroom 2 with Queen bed Family bathroom with a bath (please note the spa jets are not functional. This is a bath only). Laundry Family bathroom and the laundry. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 - an open loft style room with three single beds Outside: Enjoy the beautiful weather and temperate nights outside and use the barbeque. Spacious undercover outdoor entertaining area. Parking outside the villa for two cars OR a car and a boat. External bathroom including a shower and toilet. Osprey Holiday Village pool for guest use.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle by walking to shops and eateries. Exmouth is the ideal location for a leisurely stroll or bicycle ride. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required in advance. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. The taxi service caters for general transport needs, however a visit to the scenic Cape Range N.P and the many beautiful beaches will require a private vehicle or joining a day tour. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year; we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, as early as possible to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes, and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
