2 levels for this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom town house around the corner from the seaway, boat ramp, BBQ park, and beach. With WiFi, air conditioned living area and 2 bedrooms, fans in all bedrooms, an undercover outdoor area, fencing all the way around and space for your tinny by the driveway. A Queen Bed with en-suite, upstairs are a Queen bed and 3 Singles to accommodate up to 7 guests. You can hire a trundle bed for an 8th guest, charges apply, talk to G1 Holidays. 2 vehicles can fit in the driveway parking, garage for 1 car. You may also beach towels directly from G1 Holidays. Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy and does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings.
