3 minutes walk to the Beach and local Cafes/Restaurants. This Modern well appointed one Bedroom apartment with a Queen size bed is spacious and bright. Recently renovated, it has a fully equipped galley kitchen and a large open plan lounge/living area. Fully air-conditioned for the summer. A large luxurious bathroom is a special feature. There is a private outdoor deck/dining area overlooking a beautiful tropical garden. It has its own private entrance and undercover lock up garage for a single car. 15mins drive to Noosa Heads.
Welcome to Peregian Beach on the Beautiful Sunshine Coast. It's great to share this unique location which is surrounded by National Parks but also has the convenience of being close to cafes, restaurants, shops etc. Jon is a keen surfer and Noosa Heads has some of the best point breaks on the East Coast of Australia.
Peregian Beach is a beautiful white sandy beach with a patrolled section in front of the Surf Life Saving Club. Everything you need is within walking distance including shops, restaurants, cafes, a bakery, an IGA supermarket and BWS bottleshop. The Apartment is in a perfect position away from the hustle of Noosa Heads which can be quite busy especially during holiday periods.
