In the centre of cool culture Fitzroy, this apartment embodies its eclectic surroundings with trendy interiors and vistas over the streetscape. It has an open-plan living and dining area opening to the balcony and the feeling of an urban oasis for couples or solo travelers. A sleek kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare meals at home, although you may want to delve into Smith Street’s vibrant food scene right on your doorstep. There’s a small dining table and a couch to relax in the evening with books or a spot of TV. A gorgeous wooden desk makes it easy to set up a laptop for those on a working trip. Air-conditioning and heating keep things comfortable no matter what time of year you are travelling in. Through to the bedroom, a queen-sized bed comes topped in hotel-quality linens for a good night’s sleep. It also enjoys access to the balcony and offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is a beautiful haven to refresh with a walk-in shower and mirrored vanity stocked with complimentary toiletries for your stay. This apartment benefits from lift access and a shared rooftop terrace, as well as access to in-unit laundry facilities adding to your everyday convenience. Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well. Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you want to receive mail you will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.

One of the city’s oldest and coolest suburbs, Fitzroy is known for its rich culture and creativity. It has a vibrant restaurant and café scene and is a mecca for both vintage and boutique shopping centred along Brunswick Street. Fitzroy is home to some of Melbourne’s most popular brunch spots, including Industry Beans, Alimentari Deli Fitzroy and Lune Croissanterie. On weekends, locals flock to the Rose Street Artists’ Market (Saturday and Sunday) to shop an eclectic mix of designers and makers, while in summer the Fitzroy Pool is an iconic spot for a dip. The suburb is well connected via tram to the CBD.
