This two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment oozes contemporary living with its mid-century furniture, state-of-the-art appliances and all the mod cons. Combine this with light-washed timber flooring, a sleek tiled bathroom and thoughtful decor and you have yourself a luxurious space that is the ideal stay for four guests. Plus, enjoy the convenience of staying around the corner from bustling Smith Street. An open-plan layout has the living area—which features a turquoise couch, wooden coffee table and a wide-screen TV—opening up onto a furnished and protected balcony that is spacious and provides you with outdoor space to unwind. A four-person, glass-topped dining table sits alongside a fully-equipped kitchen; so you’ll have the option to explore the city’s famous culinary scene or cook up a storm and make use of all the modern appliances including a gas cooktop, oven, fully-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils. Both bedrooms are well lit and feature queen beds, quality linen and built-in wardrobes; while a bathroom features grey-tiled floors and walls, a spacious shower, modern vanity and the convenience of a washing machine for those longer stays. Additional luxuries include a split-system air conditioning and heating unit, Wi-Fi and free, time-restricted parking on the street, as well as a paid parking premises in the area. **Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well. **Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.

Home to overflowing cafes, famed restaurants and chic cocktails bars, Collingwood is arguably one of Melbourne’s most happening suburbs; and you’ll be just a minutes’ walk from Smith Street—the heart of it all. For a meal to remember, head to Smith Street Alimentari—an Italian-inspired cafe and deli with delicious takeaway and dine-in dishes. Then join the locals for a pint at Stomping Ground Brewing Co.—a trendy beer hall with an endless list of brews. You’re also just 25 minutes’ walk to the CBD, 30 minutes’ walk to the MCG and Rod Laver Arena, and under 20 minutes’ walk to Abbotsford and Richmond. If you’re not exploring by car, the apartment is conveniently located just one minutes’ walk from the 86 tram—as well as three other trams—which runs along Gertrude Street and into the CBD.
