Just 5 minutes walk to the patrolled and gorgeous Mollymook Beach and the Golf Club, this home is perfect for two families or a larger group. Boasting 5 bedrooms, plus additional beds in the rumpus room. The house is stylish with everything you could need for a wonderful coastal holiday. Apart from the ample space and the beach views, some of the highlights include a pool table, spa bath, multiple TVs and plenty of parking.
The house is located in a quiet suburban street with plenty of parking. You can walk to Mollymook Beach, Collers Beach and Mollymook Golf Club. Ulladulla supermarkets and shops are a 2 minutes drive away.
