Overlooking Clear Island Lake, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday unit offers a peaceful lakeside setting about 10 minutes’ drive from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and Broadbeach. It’s part of a small, quiet community and has access to a communal pool, barbecue and gym. The open floorplan offers social living and cooking spaces ideal for whipping up family feasts and enjoying dinner on the balcony while admiring the lake and surrounding golf course. Part of a lakeside resort, this 5th-floor unit has modern furnishings and appliances in its open-plan kitchen and dining and living room. Designed for families, it has two single beds in one bedroom and a queen-size bed in the other. Lake views flow into the bedrooms and living room and onto the furnished balcony.

About 10 minutes from the Gold Coast beaches, Merrimac is a laidback suburb just off the Pacific Motorway.
