This stylish one bedroom, airconditioned apartment is situated on the second floor with lift access and includes a secure carpark. Enjoy the views from the apartment and private balcony which overlook the heated, stunning pool zone, displaying a multitude of waterfalls, terraced tropical gardens and water fountains inspiring an immediate sense of relaxation. The apartment is ideal for a couple’s getaway or a family break, with a sofa bed available on request. The master bedroom is spacious and has a queen size bed, whilst in the bathroom you will also find a spa bath to enjoy and relax in. The open plan kitchen including a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and cooktop, dining and lounge area all make for a great space to sit back and simply be on a go slow.

MAINTENANCE UPGRADE WORKS

We wish to advise that Laguna on Hastings will be undergoing further upgrade works throughout the property commencing the 6th February 2023 with an expected completion around early September 2023.

These works are to ensure the property is kept to a high standard to create a great experience for all our guests.

The upgrade will consist of tile refurbishment throughout the property, including water features, pools, common paths and internal stairwells of each building. During this time there will be jack hammering to elevator existing tiles and grinding for floor preparation around the property.

Our facilities will be closed at times during the refurbishment works, in particular the main pool area from early May 2023 until mid-June 2023.

We thank you for your understanding.
