Kirazz Holiday Homes offers 3 distinctly different holiday homes, set in various locations across Kingscote. Each 3-bedroom house features a BBQ area and free private parking. All of the homes are air-conditioned and offer a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. Each has a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Guests can relax in living room with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and DVDs. Local shops, restaurants and cafes and within a 10-minute walk of each of the houses. Kingscote Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

Kirazz Holiday Homes features 3 fully self contained Holiday Homes adjacent to each other in the township of Kingscote, Kangaroo Island. They are within waking distance of the town, jetty, pelican feeding and pub. Each home is a different style, with different amenities and suits different budgets. Please read the descriptions carefully to choose the stye and budget that suits you. Kirazz Esplanade (the higher priced of the 3 homes) is a brick 3 bedroom seafront house with a view that can sleep 7. Kirazz House is a moderately priced conventional family home that can sleep 8 comfortably. and Kirazz Cottage is for the budget conscious, an old 1930's small fisherman's cottage that can sleep up to 8. but cosy. See "room types" for further descriptions of each home, specific amenities for each and pricing for each. Each house is listed separately under the names, Kirazz Esplanade, Kirazz House and Kirazz Cottage. Look carefully at the pricing alongside each house, they are different for each house. Please choose carefully or contact us for further information. All have self contained full kitchens and bbq facilities and outdoor area, Linen is included in the price.
Kangaroo Island features an abundance of wildlife: birds, kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, sea lions, dolphins, whales and fairy penguins. Activities on the island include fishing, boating, snorkeling, walking and tours. Some of the major tourist attractions are Flinders Chase with wildlife and natural rock formations, Seal Bay, Raptor Domain, wineries, arts and crafts honey farm, shearing demonstrations and of course beaches. One of the lovliest sandy beaches with vehicle access is just out of Kingscote (Emu Bay) There are boat launching facilities near Kingscote.
