This 1 bedroom fully self contained apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday and comes fully equipped with all the necessities you would expect in such a lovely apartment. The living area is bright, spacious and modern opening out to the the private beach facing balcony which includes a BBQ and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, full size fridge, oven, cooktop, breakfast bar & overlooks the living space which features a lounge suite, reverse cycle air conditioning and smart TV dinning area and desk space. Additionally, meshed security screens are fitted throughout the apartment so you can enjoy the sea breezes and listen to the ocean waves crashing at night, with complete peace of mind. Master bedroom includes a Queen bed, TV and ample wardrobe storage. The bathroom includes a walk in shower and separate bath, shampoo, conditioner and hand soaps are provided. There is a separate toilet located next to the bathroom. A full separate Laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and laundry tub is also located off the hallway. The apartment is professionally cleaned before your stay and all linen and towels, toiletries and kitchen basics provided.

With the boardwalk right below your apartment, you are a quick 10 minute stroll into the heart of Marine Parade where you will find an amazing array of cafes, restaurants and retail shops. Watersports Guru, where you can hire paddle boards, kayaks, surfboards, bikes and snorkeling or fishing gear. Kingscliff is fast becoming one of the the East Coasts most sought after holiday destinations, and is only 20 minutes drive to the Gold Coast Coolangatta Airport, 40 minutes to Byron Bay, and 10 minutes to the M1.
