Kimberley Blue West Wing is the private west wing of the hosts house (host lives in the smaller east wing). It is spacious and bright with modern japanese style bathroom and separate toilet. The large bi fold doors open the living room to a huge deck and garden all for guests exclusive use. Central heating and a cosy combustion fire make it welcoming all year round. Kindling and firelighters provided while timber may be purchased locally in many outlets. To celebrate your arrival there is a bottle of wine as well as the excellent Jura coffee machine and beans to enjoy your favourite brew. Tea, milk, instant coffee and sugar also provided. Blackheath Village, mountain hikes and childrens playgrounds are all in walking distance from KB West Wing. Don't forget your firewood. I am happy to provide suggestions for dining, walking and shopping as required.
I have lived here for 25 years, recently dividing the property into 2 separate and private sections, retaining the open entertaining areas for guests. I know the local area well so happy to provided information if required. If not, Mack and I keep to ourselves in the East Wing ensuring the complete privacy of our guests. That said, I encourage guests to let me know of any concerns or questions they may have at any time.
Blackheath has lots of activities across the year with live music, festivals, art exhibitions and more. Nearby there are walks and lookouts galore. The village has a monthly growers market just a short walk from the property and there are a range of restaurants and services within walking distance.
