Property information

This apartment is located in a popular complex located just on the north side of the town centre. Only a 100 metres to Belongil Beach and a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities open plan living, dining & kitchen and large balcony overlooking the inground pool. Linen is provided. This property is self-contained with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied. It is not serviced. If you would like a service clean (this will be at an additional cost to you) please don’t hesitate to contact our office. You will need to supply your own toiletry items (we only provide a few basics). For beach towels, highchairs, cots, or extra linen please contact Byron Bay Holiday Hire. ***SORRY NO SCHOOL LEAVERS, HENS, OR BUCKS*** This property strictly forbids parties and gatherings, please note that failure to comply can result in a loss of security deposit or immediate termination.
