Are you 1 to 2 families, digital nomads or a group looking for a beach break, in a stylish, kid and dog friendly space; only minutes from shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and; the beach? You are not here to have a massive party but are looking for a place that welcoming your kids & doggies to play freely & have a good time in the yard? Then Joshi's is for you! Located underneath our 100 year old Queenslander (in which we - a family of 3 live), Joshi’s Guesthouse combines the raw elements of steel and concrete with the warmth of timber to create a beautiful, fun and unique space in the heart of Australia's best kept secret where the bush meets the beach - Agnes Water. You'll have your own private 120sqm guesthouse, BBQ area and second fridge outdoor fridge to store your catch of the day or evening drinks. And rest assured, the shared backyard is fully fenced so your dog or kids are save to play in our shared yard. As we live upstairs, you may hear the odd noise from our toddler. Please be aware of this before booking. Please note: To make sure all future guests are fully taken care of, we will need to charge an additional cleaning fee for any doggies you will bring - to be paid upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot host cats or other pets due to allergies in our family. Thank you so much for your understanding.
Hi There, We are Adam, Nina & baby Teo and have recently completed our very first Guesthouse, located onderneath underneath our Queenslander and can't wait to have you and your family stay and explore our beautiful hometown Agnes Water.
We are located, in a quiet street (no thru road) very close the the centre of town, but we still have kangaroos hop down the road in the morning & evening. Walk - 4 mins to market, cafes, bars, restaurants, doctors or petrol station - 7 mins to the beach Drive - 5 mins to 1770 + Marina - 5 mins drive to hike along our beautiful coast line or through the bush We have plenty of street parking available & the road is wide so turning w/ a trailer or caravan is easy
