I love getting away with family and friends and enjoying new places. We are a family of 4 but often travel with a tribe, we Airbnb our own house so appreciate and respect the houses we stay in. I am always available on telephone or text to answer any questions but you won't see me during your stay.

Fully equipped 3-bedroom home with a large, fully fenced outdoor area and yard. It is located on a corner block and has a guesthouse on the side of the premises. It is completely private to the guesthouse, but there is a shared internal wall so please be mindful that you may hear some slight noise during your stay. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed and linen & split system air conditioning. Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and linen, split system air conditioning & ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds and linen & ceiling fan. The living area has a large couch in front of the smart TV. There is a 6 seater table for your family meals and a large split system air-conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. Enjoy an outdoor shower with hot and cold water! You have a private driveway which will fit 2 cars and there is also on street parking. Please bring your own pet bedding to ensure they are comfortable and stay off the furniture. Your pets must be cleaned up after with no mess/fur inside or out. I love to be able to accommodate you travelling with your pets so please keep this a clean and easy process so all can enjoy. I will charge extra cleaning fees if this is not done.

Just a short walk (300m or 4min) to the beach which is also a dog beach. At the entrance of the 2 closest beaches are kids playgrounds and bbq area. We are a stones throw from Kawana shopping world, local food shops, gold class cinemas, the Sports stadium & complex, the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Night Quarter, a few brewery's and some of the best restaurants the Coast has to offer. There is parking in the driveway & on the street for multiple cars. There is also public transport available just along the Nicklin Way going North & South. There is a beach pathway which is great for a long ride if you want to bring your bikes.
