The house located in a great spot to discover the Dandenong and Yarra range without far from a shopping centre. This place is recently updated with some new décor and furnishings, and we wish you will enjoy the injection of the freshness and newness into the holiday house. In this manual, you’ll find lots of useful information and wish it helps to make the most of your stay. We hope that you enjoy the place as much as we did. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. Early check in or late check out may available and please contact us through booking agent. However, please be informed that we may not be able to grant your request if we have a same-day check-in. PARKING INSTRUCTIONS There’s private parking on site. You can park at the driveway. Alternatively, pick any free street- car spot. WIFI DETAILS The Wi-Fi network is Wifi-156D and the password is at the back of the device. HOUSE RULES We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay. No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Please take care of the furnishings and you must pay for damages. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please do your dishes. Please take the rubbish out before you leave. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Monday is the weekly household rubbish bin collection day. Please put the bins out by 6am on the bin day (Sunday night preferred) when staying. Long term stays please refer the Rubbish collection information.
