A fresh renovation and modern conveniences make this two-storey retreat your home away from home, with an open-plan kitchen and dining area offering everything that’s needed to cook and enjoy meals, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Share meals around the eight-seater table, with additional stools at the kitchen island, or make the most of warm days by heading to the furnished deck for a casual BBQ cook-up. The inviting main living area is complete with a large corner sofa and chaise where you can settle in for laidback movie nights, while a light and airy lounge area at the front of the home includes two comfy sofas and a second TV to ensure everyone has plenty of room to relax and socialise. Three bedrooms sleep five guests, with the primary bedroom including a queen-sized bed and a convenient ensuite. In the attic upstairs, the second bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a wall-mounted TV. The third bedroom provides a single bed and is serviced by a well-appointed main bathroom, which includes a shower, a large vanity, and mirrored cabinetry. Added conveniences include WiFi and a washing machine and dryer, plus a driveway parking spot and free street parking 24/7.
