This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment epitomises industrial living with its sky-high ceilings, solid timber furniture and wall-covered bookshelves. Combine this with polished timber flooring, grand windows and all the mod cons, and you have yourself a stylish yet unique space that is the ideal stay for four guests. Plus, you’ll enjoy the convenience of staying just five minutes’ walk from buzzing Smith Street. Spread over two spacious storeys, find old-world charm sprinkled with art, books and contemporary luxuries. Eclectic couches frame a large, HD smart TV that comes with Netflix (no live free to air tv channels/on demand channels offered); while a stunning timber dining table offers seating for six. Nearby you’ll find a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, all the modern appliances as well as all the necessary cooking utensils. Step out of the living room onto a charming, furnished wooden patio that is the ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening wine. A master bedroom features a four-poster queen bed and an expansive walk-in wardrobe; while a secondary bedroom comes furnished with a plush queen bed and built-in robes. A contemporary bathroom can be found on each level offering a toilet, his and her sinks and spacious shower; with the upstairs one featuring the luxury of a bathtub. Additional amenities include a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, heating, Wi-Fi and secure parking for one car. Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.

Home to overflowing cafes, famed restaurants and chic cocktails bars, Collingwood is arguably one of Melbourne’s most happening suburbs; and you’ll be just five minutes’ walk from Smith Street—the heart of it all. For a meal to remember, head to Smith Street Alimentari—an Italian-inspired cafe and deli with delicious takeaway and dine-in dishes. Then join the locals for a pint at Stomping Ground Brewing Co.—a trendy beer hall with an endless list of brews. You’re also just 20 minutes’ walk to the CBD, 20 minutes’ walk to the MCG and Rod Laver Arena, and around 15 minutes’ walk to Abbotsford and Richmond. If you’re not exploring by car, the apartment is conveniently located just two minutes’ walk from the number 12 or 109 tram—as well as other trams—which head to Richmond and into the CBD.
