Family Pearl is a spacious holiday house directly opposite Pearl's beachfront. Once known by locals as 'Greenies', Pearl's original general store-turned-beach house is an inviting family home by the sea. Retaining its original external charm, this historical property is a true legacy to the community, yet offers all comforts associated with a relaxed traditional beach house. Bursting with natural light throughout, Family Pearl features upgraded interiors, high-ceilings, large windows, sliding French doors and is a stone's throw to Pearl's pristine beach, rock pool, playground, tennis courts, cafe, restaurant and national park. Master bedroom contains a queen bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has a single bunk bed, two single beds and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a ceiling fan. * Large open plan living with TV, DVD / CD players, snooker and foosball table * Original kitchen with electric stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave * Fireplace, Aircon in living area, ceiling fans throughout; dining setting for 10 * Entertaining area with deck, BBQ, timber setting, outdoor hot/cold shower * Located in town centre; 10 minute drive to Umina and Ettalong Beach * Main bathroom with bath, shower, toilet; full internal laundry with toilet * Split system air con in the lounge area, off-street parking All linen and towels supplied and beds made up for your arrival for all guests.
