This fully renovated 2-bedroom cottage is perfect for families or couples, featuring modern decor and bursting with natural light, floorboards throughout, air-conditioning in living area and both bedrooms, 6-seater spa, and a fully fenced backyard for the kids to play and enjoy safely. It is in the heart of Ettalong Beach. Only a short stroll to the Ettalong Beach and Umina Beach foreshores, shops, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, weekend markets and Palm Beach Ferry. The main bedroom has a queen bed, and air con. The second bedroom has a tri bunk and trundle, air con and wall mounted TV. * Living area features smart TV, Wifi and comfortable seating * Kitchen contains gas cook top and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge * Fully fenced backyard with manicured gardens, six-seater spa, undercover deck with gas BBQ, and outdoor shower * Air-conditioning in living area and all bedrooms, off-street parking for 2 cars * Spacious bathroom with walk in shower and toilet * Short level walk to Ettalong Beach with kids' playground and town centre * Please note there are security cameras on the premises. Linen/towels and bed making are included for your convenience. You will only need to bring beach towels. STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed. Strictly no pets or smoking allowed.
