The welcoming living area offers a generous sofa and chaise where everyone can settle in with some TV after a day of sightseeing, while central air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure year-round comfort. The sunroom with a sofabed can be your quiet reading corner, or it can be arranged as an extra sleeping space. Four large bedrooms are thoughtfully fitted out making this home an ideal family haven. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a neat ensuite with a shower and basin. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is fitted with a single bed side-by-side to a bunk bed with a double and single. The main bathroom is well-appointed with a shower and vanity plus complimentary starter toiletries. Added conveniences include Wi-Fi throughout, a washing machine and a dryer, and driveway parking for three cars.

You’ll find the beach, waterfront parks and cafes, and the popular Esplanade just a street from your stay. Just metres away you’ll also find WetSide Water Park (closed during winter) and Seafront Oval, which hosts a range of outdoor events throughout the year. If you're visiting during winter, hop on a whale-watching tour boat to see the majestic humpbacks as they migrate along the east coast, while other local attractions include Reef World Aquarium, Fraser Island, and the Great Sandy Straight.
