Positioned within earshot of our beautiful back beach and a brief stroll to the cosmopolitan main street of Point Lonsdale, just a 5-10 minute walk to the golf course, supermarket/cafes, front/back beaches, lawn bowls, tennis court and surf club. This original three bedroom cottage is the perfect base to settle in and appreciate our organic coastal wonderland from your doorstep. Sitting central on a flat grassy allotment, allowing for the luxury of space to the front and rear for relaxation, Summer barbeques and gatherings with family and friends; following long days exploring our aquamarine assets. Three spacious double bedrooms with new built in robes, reverse cycle air conditioning and classic hardwood timber features accommodate six persons overall, with two bathrooms benefiting from separate water closets and central placement. Oozing comfort, the spacious lounge presents as the ultimate evening retreat, complete with gas log fire, reverse cycle air conditioning and Plasma TV. The adjacently set meals area seats six for formal meals, with the addition of a breakfast bench and outdoor setting taking care of overflow. Culinary creators will be at home in the well equipped kitchen, hosting an upright oven with gas cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and soda stream. Additional comforts include hydronic heating, secure backyard, bbq with gas bottle, Miele washer and dryer, fully equipped laundry, home office/sitting area and pot belly fire pit. This idyllic coastal retreat is easily accessible on foot to the Tennis Club, Surf Club, a plethora of cafes, practical assets, and of course our stunning local beaches. HOUSEKEEPING INFORMATION LINEN: Linen and towels are included but you will need to bring your own beach towels. CAN YOU BRING PETS: YES, we love Fur Babies! Your well behaved dog is welcome at no additional cost. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. WiFi: Yes!
