A Holiday Home for All Seasons This wonderful family holiday home offers plenty of room for the whole family. Two internal living spaces immediately serviced by a spacious kitchen link seamlessly to an outdoor covered area; ensuring year-round enjoyment for guests whether it be a week away for the family or a weekend catchup for friends or extended family. Each of the 3 bedrooms have queen beds, a well-appointed bathroom stands ready for a refreshing shower after a day out enjoying the Yarra Valley. An outdoor covered play area is provided in the spacious barn style garage and is the ideal retreat for kids of all ages and an ideal place for the whole gang to retreat to after a day's hard play. The home is set on a larger lot, allowing for a morning saunter with a cup of coffee where one can meander all the way down to the Graceburn creek. You could almost think you're on a much larger rural property in rural surrounds rather than a home in the very Heart of Healesville.
Less than 100mtrs to Queens Park that offers; Well kept spacious grassed areas, walking paths and family BBQ facilities, expansive children's play facilities (playground, learn to ride bike track), Healesville Junior Football Club, Healesville Cricket Club. Healesville Tennis Club, Healesville Outdoor Pool Skate Park and BMX Track. Moving on across the bridge and you immediately find yourself at Beechworth Bakery, Matilda Bay Brewery, RSL and Giant Steps Winery. And it only an easy walk from there on into town where you can stroll the main street and enjoy the plethora of pubs, cafes and restaurants or shop the many retail offerings. You will need more than a weekend in Healesville so book a full week and venture on out to the Greater Yarra Valley where there is more than enough to explore for any holiday getaway.
