Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them at the property for $40 per king or queen bed and $25 per single bed. A portacot and highchair are available if required. Linen includes, tea towels, sheets, feather quilts/doonas, blankets, pillows, bath towels, mats, hand towels, washers and soap. Alternatively guests can bring their own linen.

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. They are welcome inside and outside but are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Additional fees will apply for any damage.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to AUD 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
