Located in a quiet street, and only 400m to Boat Harbour and walking distance to Gerringong town centre. Guests can enjoy ocean glimpses and rural views from the back deck which includes a barbecue and outdoor seating. There is a fully enclosed backyard, and a front courtyard to soak up the morning sun. Features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, flat screen TV with Foxtel & DVD player, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, double garage and off-street parking.
