Discover the vibrant neighbourhood of Collingwood from this centrally located, one-bedroom apartment, just moments from the area's renowned eateries, shops, parks, and attractions. You'll be in the heart of the action while still enjoying the comfort and convenience of a relaxing inner city stay complete with a private balcony. An open plan kitchen, dining and living area provides a relaxing space to retreat to when you're not out and about exploring the sights, with air-conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable year-round. Unwind on the sofa and watch TV (Netflix, Stan, Plex), or cook up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and other essentials such as pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the two-seater dining table or fire up the BBQ and eat alfresco, with large glass doors from the living area sliding open to a private outdoor balcony. A long bench table offers the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in views of the city, or to relax with a wine at sunset. After a day of sightseeing, retire to the bedroom where you’ll find a queen-size bed and mirrored built-in robes. The bathroom includes a shower and all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer – as well as a washing machine for guest use. *Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well. Regarding the BBQ, we are unable to refill the gas bottle if it's empty, but if you swap it over for a full gas bottle we will reimburse you for the cost, just provide the receipt.

There’s a tram stop right out the front, while Victoria Park Railway Station is a 10-minute walk away.
