This is a private property, not a Hotel Chain. 311 to 319 Sturt.All guests must, after making and confirming a booking, message the mobile number given to arrange a check-in time. Guests must arrange a check-in time as there is no public access to the property without permission. We ask that you ensure to arrange your check-in time at the time of your booking, or otherwise the day before arrival to facilitate an easy check-in and so you will not be left waiting to check in. The property is not a lodge, as there is no shared sleeping areas. All rooms are private in the property are private. The top floor is completely private and has its own kitchen area, separate from the downstairs kitchen area. The bathrooms are shared and there is one shower. There is strictly NO Smoking in the property. No parties and No extra guests. Guests will be evicted immediately if found to have breached any of the aforementioned rules. Any locals will be required to present a valid form of ID before arrival, and pay a security deposit upon arrival

Thank you for Booking my 311 on Sturt. It is not a hotel Chain but a private property. you must please phone for keys at all times. A door will not open if you knock on the door. the access is via a phone call or tex message. please call or TEX MESSAGE Please send a tex to say time arrival and date. I will arrange to meet you. If you tex and you will have to allow 10 to 15 minutes for opening. you must tex when you book. Guest can not just turn up and not contact via phone to arrange a key. We must receive tex or phone call from Guest to arrange time to meet guest for the key. It is a private property so door will not open with a reception lounge. You must contact prior for the key. Last minute booking after 6pm will have to tex or phone and have to allow 15minute from booking time to pick up key.

The Location 311 is busy in the city. The Property is a private place no lodge no boarding house. Stand alone building very safe. Parking outside door for easy access. Guest must reserve parking so a space can be allocated. The property has security inside and out so you can not expect a door to automatically open GUEST must tex or phone the numbers provided to arrange a time to have the key and open of the facilities for you. It is not a large hotel so expect to book and turn up without arranging a manager to give you a key when you give arrival time. GUEST MUST TEX OR PHONE please do not knock on the Door 311 nor bang or sing out as we have security. Key must be arranged via a tex or phone call. If this does not suit you please advise us.
