This one-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Newcastle CBD and only one block to the harbour and two blocks to the beach. Situated on Level 5 within Tattersalls on Watt, the apartment has water views from the living room and balcony and is on the footsteps of the light rail, cafes, bars, and everything else the city has to offer. Whether for business or pleasure, the apartment is appointed to ensure that you travel in luxury and convenience. Unique for a one-bedroom apartment, the floorplan affords separate living and dining areas that are joined by a New York style kitchen complete with stainless steel facilities, including oven, 4-burner gas stovetop, full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The living space includes a chaise lounge that converts to a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests, a 65-inch Smart TV pre-loaded with all of your favourite apps, and access to the generously sized balcony with water views. The bedroom is huge with a King size bed, walk through robe, direct access to the balcony, and a second wall-mounted smart TV, also pre-loaded with all of your favourite apps. The two-way bathroom has a separate bath and shower and is accessible from both the bedroom and the dining area. The apartment also includes a European laundry with washing machine and dryer, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and secure undercover parking for one vehicle. Getting Around in Newcastle: Trains run regularly from Newcastle Interchange, connecting to the suburbs. Use either the Hunter Line or Newcastle and Central Coast Line. The light rail system connects the CBD, running from Newcastle Interchange to Newcastle East. The 2.7km line has stops at locations such as Civic Theatre/City Hall and University of Newcastle City Campus, while the final stop on the line is just a few moments’ walk from the iconic Newcastle Beach and Ocean Baths. Buses run regularly around the city centre and connect with the suburbs and key locations including University of Newcastle, McDonald Jones Stadium and John Hunter Hospital, as well as shopping centres and parks. From Queens Wharf you can catch the ferry to Stockton and explore the beachside suburb.
