Neighbourhood information

Scarborough Beach is one of Perths most popular beaches. Beautiful clean white sand, turquoise water, paddle boarding, swimming, and surf to make all happy. The foreshore is best in Perth, bike and walking paths, multiple play areas for the kids, beach space always available and you are staying no more than 50 meters from the beach, restaurants, cafes and pubs. When the sun sets over the water, it is one of the best stops in Australia. Only a 25-50m walking to Scarborough or Brighton beach, only a 5-minute drive to Trigg Beach or bike or rent a scooter, just 15 minutes’ drive to Perth CBD, 30 minutes Fremantle and 40 to the Perth Airport. Hillary's Boat Harbour, Kings Park and Cottesloe Beach only 10 minutes away. West Coast Highway is a major roadway to get connected to all of what the area and Perth has to offer.
