Chateau Caliza is a stunning luxury home located in the prestigious gated Olive Grove precinct of The Vintage. This spacious two storey, 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom home comes complete with a pool room, children's retreat with TV and DVD's and an outdoor pool. The open plan living / dining area has a light and airy feel that is stylish and luxurious. This area opens up to 180 degrees of spectacular uninterrupted views of the golf course and Bimbadgen winery from the entertaining areas as well as the balcony from master bedroom. Furnished with comfort in mind, you will have at hand everything you need when away from home. When you want to eat in, enjoy the large entertaining style kitchen with plenty of room for a family of 11. The lounge room offers lounge, chaise and gas fireplace whilst the outside entertaining area has BBQ, seating and a 6m pool to cool off in on the hot summer days. With a beautiful swimming pool, games room and golf views... what more could you want? You needn't travel far for an exceptional time either, with privileged access to The Vintage Resort facilities during your stay at a luxurious holiday house. Perhaps a dip in the lap pool, a competitive game of tennis on one of two courts available or a quick energising session in the gymnasium.
