Truly relaxing, light-filled, spacious and well appointed three bedroom house in peaceful location away from main roads with a leafy outlook over the bush reserve with water glimpses through the trees to the bay .  Level indoor/outdoor access, with enclosed central grassed courtyard offering alfresco dining and gas BBQ, accessed directly from kitchen. The courtyard is enclosed by a 90cm high fence, providing security and easy supervision of toddlers and pets, facilitating relaxed holiday living for families or groups of all ages. The grassed courtyard is ideal for a game of Boules or Croquet. The sunny and protected, north-east aspect of both living rooms and courtyard make the house a perfect getaway in both summer and winter and the bonus of having a retractable awning provides shade for the outdoor dining.  Two spacious attractively furnished living areas offer opportunity to watch TV on the large flat screen TV, the property also provides Netflix, DVD player, BluRay and air conditioning in the living area, this is a fantastic room if you want to get away from the family action for a quiet read, making it a great multi-generational holiday house.  There is a large

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing.
