Split across two levels, this large home is the epitome of comfortable family living. The downstairs level consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for up to ten people, a little seating spot, bathroom one and the master bedroom (bedroom one). Master bedroom (bedroom one): Plush king size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and balcony access to the patio and pool. Bathroom one: Bath, shower, toilet and vanity. Upstairs you will find three of the four bedrooms along with the second bathroom and a homely living room. The living room offers a great space to snuggle up on the cosy couch in air-conditioned comfort before putting on a movie and settling into vacation mode. This room extends out to the upstairs balcony that features views of the pool so you can keep a close eye on the kids while you sit back, relax and make the most of your holiday. Bedroom two also shares access to this balcony. Pets are welcome and will be safely secured in the backyard as it is fully-fenced. The close proximity to pet-friendly Warana Beach is a major highlight of this home. Leave the car parked at the property and go for a short 150-metre stroll to the golden sands of the beautiful beach that is quite literally, at your doorstep.
