It has easy access to the marina boardwalk, a restaurant and day spa (additional charges apply). Secured underground parking is available. Apartment 1361 is a 1-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and an en suite with a bath. The apartment has uninterrupted water views, with a great view of the marina and Coral Sea across to Townsville that you can enjoy from your lounge inside or the balcony. Magnetic Island is only a 25-minute ferry ride from Townsville.

This one bedroom STUDIO apartment is now available to enjoy. With huge, wrap around balcony, luxury furnishings, superb views and self contained kitchenette facilities this will be the apartment of choice for discerning couples. Apt 1361 is the only studio we manage with a separate bedroom. Guests will be required to use stairs to access the property.

Apt 1361 is the only studio we manage with a separate bedroom. This marina front extra large private studio apartment is perfect for a couple with a full ensuite and kitchenette facilities, and separate living and dining areas. Sitting high above the Magnetic Island Marina, the water views are stunning. Part of the Blue on Blue resort you have the convenience of 2 lovely onsite pools. Set around Nelly Bay harbour you are also close to transport, bakery, bottle shop and many other conveniences. The studio has an ensuite, lounge area with TV and a private marina front balcony with outdoor setting. This property is professionally managed by Magnetic Island's leading accommodation business Best of Magnetic.
