The historic Biscuit Factory is superbly located making it easy to plan your visit. Leave the car parked! Situated on South Terrace, you are only a 7-minute walk away from the Fremantle Sailing Club, South Beach and minutes away from popular restaurants, pubs and boutique breweries. Transport, sailing, walking, eating and swimming right at your doorstep. The apartment showcases open beams, high ceilings and natural light making a unique living space for you to relax and enjoy your stay. The light and bright open plan living area features a comfortable lounge room with Smart TV, a large dining table which seats 6 guests and a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, oven and stove top and a dishwasher. There are 2 comfortable queen-sized bedrooms and a shared bathroom. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board for your laundry needs. A free car parking space and wifi are provided for your stay. Unfortunately, our property isn't suitable for children due to safety hazards i.e. stairs and balcony balustrades.
