Property information

Opposite Shoal Bay Beach The perfect spot for a family holiday. This beautifully refurbished unit is right across the road from Shoal Bay Beach and only minutes walk to Shoal Bay's famous cafes, shops and restaurants. Coffee machine provided (ground coffee) This 2nd floor unit featues an open plan living area with gorgeous kitchen and spectacular water views from the loungeroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two sets of bunks. There are smoke alarms at this property and all linen is provided. Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings. The laundry at this unit is external / communal and at the end of the carpark downstairs. This property does not provide Wi-Fi. The Bay Holiday Properties reserves the right to add a Security Deposit to any booking at our discretion and at any time prior to check-in. You will be notified in writing of this Security Deposit. If the Security Deposit is not paid, you will not be given access to the property. The Security Deposit will be refunded once you have vacated and the property has been checked and cleaned.
