At Home On Holmes is set in Bridport Tasmania region. At Home on Holmes is PET FRIENDLY (upon request) with a secure backyard. This property is set on four acres with tranquil settings yet only 3.4km (3 mins drive) from Old Pier and other popular beaches. Only 3 km from main shopping facilities and eateries. Approx 20 mins drive to Pipers Brook and other vineyards. Approx 30 mins to Bridestowe Lavender farm. At Home On Holmes has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps eight (8) guests. This home also has two bathrooms, large living area, lounge room and modern kitchen with dishwasher and is equipped with most amenities including air conditioning, crockery,glasses towels and linen. Also an outdoor B.BQ and table setting, small games table for children. There is plenty of free parking on the property for your car, boat and bikes.
Hello My name is Colleen Barnett and I am your host. I hope that you really enjoy your stay in my home amongst the rural quiet setting and the different types of birds that pop in. I have lived in Bridport with my family for just over 20 years and I love this little town on what it offers. There is quiet a selection of eating places including the famous Bunker Club restaurant. Highly recommended. As well as locally owned and operated bakery or if its local fish and chips you are after the top of the town is where to go. I love walking my dogs along the foreshore and taking in the breathtaking views along with the fresh air. I also like riding my bike along the tracks. I really enjoy being a host. I like to meet all guest and have a chat. I try my hardest to provide a memorable get away for guest and the furry guests as well. If you love your dogs as much as I do they deserve to come on a family holiday as well. Put your feet up, relax and have some down time. Cheers Colleen Barnett.
