The room is a large room, queen bed, space for a portacot or extra mattress, TV, patio, ensuite bathroom. This room is very private with its own access to and from the property. This is a self contained unit with an ensuite bathroom inside the room. Small fridge, air fryer, kettle, toaster, TV with streaming services & breakfast is in the room. Walking distance to Lynbrook train station (1km), shopping centre & restaurants.
The self contained unit has its own access to & from the property so you most likely wont see me around. I can't seem to be able to change the listing from "external bathroom". I can confirm that an ensuite is inside this room (shower, toilet, vanity) :) I have three kids who are at my home part time so you may hear a little activity inside the house from time to time if you happen to arrive at a time they are with me. We are a private little family so you most likely wont even see us.
Just a walk to a beautiful park and lake, a stroll to supermarket and restaurants. Lots of lovely places to ride a bike around. The property is in a quiet court with a community playground at the end of the driveway.
