We have been living in Margaret River and providing professional management of holiday houses in the Margaret River region since 2009. Property information

Abundance is situated in a spectacular and unique position elevated on the banks of the Margaret River. Stay here and you can bush walk, cycle, paddle, swim, laugh, contemplate, adventure, read, tour, taste, experience, rest, recharge, meditate, and share. The stunning deck area is a perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy a local wine in the afternoon , whilst taking in the natural beauty from the balcony, overlooking the river and watching the sun set over the treetops, or enjoy an early morning coffee, whilst the winter sun streams in and the parrots come to visit. Only 20 mins walk along the forest trails to town and all the shops and cafes on offer, or cycle to the off road cycle trails amongst the forest, designed for fun, excitement and physical exhilaration. It’s all there on your doorstep. The space offers a kitchenette with sink, fridge (toaster, kettle, sandwich press and microwave), a Smart television with access to Netflix, Free broadband WIFI, Electric roller blinds, ceiling fan in main living, a generous master bedroom (also has ceiling fan) with a luxurious King bed and electric blanket. The bathroom has a shower and separate bath and there is a separate toilet. Please note; No facilities are shared with the property. Its only offered to guests in the absence of the main home owners.
