Beautifully furnished Nelson Bay holiday unit has a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The air conditioned living area with Foxtel opens out to a large balcony with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ, a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the water views across the bay. This unit overlooks a fantastic cycle and walking track, which makes for a picturesque ride or walk from Dutchies Beach to the Marina. The unit consists of 3 bedrooms, main with ensuite and ceiling fan, 2nd bedroom has a ceiling fan and all 3 bedrooms have a balcony to capture the beautiful breeze. Internal steps in the uni - 9 to the front door, 2 from the kitchen to the living area and 4 to the bedrooms. There is also 1 undercover car space and 1 open car space so you can park the car and take a quick 2 minute walk to the heart of Nelson Bay. Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing.
