The house in Perth is quiet and new, it closes to Perth airport, CDB, Curtin university, Victoria Park, TAFE, Westfield Carousel, Zoo, Swan River, Kings Park, Crown and Optus Stadium (5-17min drive, around 10-30 min by bus). 10-18min walk to supermarket (ALDI & Bentley Plaza), 24-hours shop (Spudshed Bentley), 24-hours McDonald's, Officeworks, Bunnings, Gym, Swimming pool and fish & chips. It also Closes to train station (Welshpool, Oats Street), bus stops 177, 178, 179, 930, 220, 34 and 999, 998 Less than 4 people share a kitchen and a laundry, 2 people share a bathroom and a toilet. Clean linens are provided for new booking/guest. Please let me know if you need other small stuffs such as blanket, iron, hair dryer or garage remote after or before check-in. Even though there's no perfect place in the world, but I'd like to hear your suggestions in person and try my best to improve the living environment for you. Please tell me immediately if you find out some problems or issues need to be solved and I’ll get it done ASAP. Please don't expect hotel standards. The room is for clean and quiet person to have a peaceful stay and a good rest with or without a car. But it’s not for the perfectionist, 7 days’ notice can be given to get the refund if you are not happy to stay here after you check in. If you follow the house rules and want a quiet, clean, spacious and budget room in a convenient location, then this room fits you. Thank you.
